How we collect your personal information?

Your personal information is collected by us in a variety of ways. In most cases, and whenever possible, we will try to collect any personal information directly from you. How do we hold your personal information?

Access to your personal information held on our systems is restricted to ensure ‘only authorised staff’ can access your personal information and these staff members(as well as our external providers) are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information at all times. Direct access to the databases is restricted to ensure your data remains secure and protected and we use all reasonable means to protect your personal information securely against unauthorised use and access.

Statistical information

We collect statistical information about your visit to our website to help us improve it. This information does not identify individuals. To collect this statistical information the site makes use of google analytics. 

Google Analytics

We use Google Universal Analytics to collect and analyse details about the use of our website.

The information Google Analytics collects includes:

the pages you accessed on the website and the links you clicked on;

the date and time you visited the website;

the referring website (if any) through which you clicked through to this website;
